Home › B2B › General Pest Control
A B2B general pest control program covers the shared and managed spaces of a community or portfolio: common areas, clubhouses, trash rooms, mail areas, building exteriors and, where requested, individual units. For HOA, COA and POA boards, property managers, facility managers and multifamily owners in Palm Beach County, we set a written scope and schedule, give residents advance notice, and send a written service report after every visit that you can share with the board or owner.
Running pest control for a community or a portfolio is different from hiring for a single home or business. Decisions go through boards and managers, budgets are set a year ahead, residents need notice, and everyone wants a record of what was done.
Who our B2B programs are built for
- HOA, COA and POA associations: common areas, amenity buildings, gatehouses and grounds.
- Property managers: scattered homes, rental units and mixed portfolios with work orders.
- Facility managers: campuses, mechanical rooms, corridors and service areas.
- Apartments and multifamily: unit turns, scheduled unit service and resident requests.
What’s included in a community or portfolio program
- A written scope. Which buildings, areas and pests are covered, and how often.
- Resident notice. Visits are scheduled at least 24 hours ahead so managers can notify residents.
- Common-area focus. Trash rooms, compactor areas, mail rooms, pool and clubhouse buildings, stairwells and perimeters.
- Everyday pests. Ants, cockroaches, spiders, wasp nests and other insects in common areas. For iguanas, raccoons, opossums and other wildlife on community grounds, we’ll coordinate the right solution.
- Unit service on request. Individual units or homes when residents or managers request it, handled as work orders.
- Written service reports. Every visit documented, ready for board meetings and owner reports.
How we set up a B2B program
Walkthrough
We tour the property with the manager or a board member to see problem areas and the conditions behind them.
Proposal and schedule
You get a written scope and service frequency for your budget and approval process.
Ongoing service and work orders
Scheduled visits cover the common areas. Resident complaints come in as work orders and are tracked to completion.
Reporting
Service reports and recommendations are sent to the manager so the board or owner sees what was done.
