Home › B2B › Landscaper Partner Program
Our landscaper partner program lets landscape companies offer their customers licensed lawn, ornamental, tree and palm pest control and fertilization without adding a pest control license, applicators or equipment. You keep the customer relationship and your mowing and maintenance work. We handle the licensed landscape care, document every visit and keep you informed. Members of our team owned and operated a landscaping company for 14 years, so we know how your crews, schedules and customers work.
Your customers ask you about chinch bug damage, whitefly on the ficus hedge, fungus in the turf, weeds in the beds and palms that won’t green up. Applying pesticides to customers’ lawns and ornamentals for hire in Florida takes the right FDACS license or certification, so many landscape companies either turn that work away or leave it to someone else. Our partner program gives you a licensed partner who treats your customers’ landscapes the way a landscaper would want them treated.
Landscape expertise from the landscaper’s side
Members of our team owned and operated a landscaping company for 14 years before focusing on pest control. We understand mowing heights, irrigation zones, crew routes, installs and the pressure of keeping a property looking sharp for the customer. Our certified operator holds Florida’s lawn and ornamental certification, and Q and L Pest Management LLC holds FDACS Pest Control Business License #JB333443 (certificate #JF320165).
That combination means your customers get top-tier landscape IPM from a team that thinks like a landscaper: inspect first, find the real cause and fix it in a way that works with your maintenance program, not against it.
What we can handle for your customers
- Lawn care and fertilization: turf feeding plus insect, weed and fungus control.

How the partnership works
1. You hand off the job
Send us the property address, what your crew is seeing and photos if you have them. Hand off a single problem or an entire route of properties.
2. We inspect and recommend
We inspect the turf, beds, hedges, trees and palms and confirm what’s really going on, whether it’s insects, fungus, a nutrient problem or an irrigation issue your crew can fix. You get our findings and recommended program before work begins.
3. We do the licensed work
We perform the treatments and fertilization and schedule visits around your crew, so we’re not treating right before a mow or an irrigation cycle.
4. You get the documentation
Every visit is recorded on a written service report showing what we found, what we applied and where, and what your crew should adjust, like mowing height or an irrigation zone that misses.
5. We keep you in the loop
We communicate with you first. You decide how involved your customer is with us, and we never go around you.
Ways to work together
Every partner is different, so we set up the arrangement that fits your business:
- Referral agreement: refer customers to us under a written agreement.
- We work for you: you keep the customer contract and we perform the landscape care for you as your licensed partner.
- Direct hire / white-label: you offer landscape care to your customers under your brand and bill them directly. We stay in the background, and the work is performed and documented under our Florida license, as the law requires.
- Referral-for-referral: our customers ask us for landscapers all the time. Partners who send us work can get work in return.

Landscaper partner FAQ
Do I need a pest control license to treat my customers’ lawns and shrubs?
In Florida, applying pesticides to lawns and ornamentals for hire requires the proper FDACS license or certification. Partnering with us lets you offer that work through a licensed company.
Will you take my customers?
No. We communicate through you, and you decide how involved your customer is with us. Partnerships only work when both sides protect the relationship.
Can you work under my company’s name?
Yes, through our white-label option, you offer the service and bill your customer. The treatments are performed and documented under our Florida license, as the law requires.
What areas do you cover?
Palm Beach County, from Jupiter to Boca Raton, plus Broward County.
Do you mow or do installs?
No. We handle landscape IPM and fertilization only, so we never compete with your maintenance work.
How do we get started?
