Commercial Landscape Care: Lawn, Ornamental, Tree & Palm Care in Palm Beach County

Landscaped HOA or condominium common grounds with turf, hedges, palms and a walking path

Home › Commercial › Landscape Care

Commercial landscape care keeps the turf, hedges, trees and palms around your business healthy and presentable. We inspect for insects, fungus and weeds, treat the actual cause of damage, and run a fertilization program built on the 4R model, using integrated pest management (IPM) across the grounds. It’s designed for Palm Beach County office parks, retail centers, hotels, schools and healthcare campuses where landscaping is part of the first impression. It does not include mowing or trimming.

Brown turf, whitefly-damaged ficus hedges or fire ant mounds by the entrance send the wrong message to customers, guests and patients. Commercial grounds also see heavy foot traffic and irrigation that’s set for the whole property, which creates problem areas that need a closer look. Our certified operator is licensed in lawn and ornamental pest control, and members of our team owned and operated a landscaping company for 14 years, so we understand how commercial grounds are maintained day to day.

What commercial landscape care covers

  • Lawn care and fertilization for entrance turf, common lawns and medians.
  • Ornamental care for hedges, shrubs and beds, including whitefly treatment for ficus hedges.
  • Tree and palm care, including feeding, insect control and root drench treatments where needed.
  • Landscape IPM across the property: inspection first, then targeted control of the actual problem.

Landscape IPM on commercial grounds

  • Chinch bugs, sod webworms and other turf insects.
  • Weeds in turf and beds.
  • Fungus such as brown patch in wet, cooler months.
  • Whitefly, including ficus whitefly on Ficus hedges, plus scale and mealybugs on hedges, ornamentals and palms. Learn more about whitefly.
  • Moles tunneling through turf, with a mole repellent and bait program.
  • Fire ant mounds near walkways, playgrounds and seating areas, a concern for schools and healthcare campuses.

How commercial landscape care works

Grounds inspection

We inspect turf, beds, hedges, trees and palms and review the irrigation pattern with your landscaper or facilities team.

Targeted treatments

We treat insects, fungus and weeds where they are, and schedule applications when foot traffic is low.

Fertilization

Our fertilization follows the 4R model: right source, right rate, right time and right placement, and the seasonal fertilizer rules that apply where your property is.

Reports for managers

Each visit is documented on a written service report, so managers know what was treated and what the landscaper should adjust.

Our landscape care page for homes covers the full range of turf, ornamental, tree and palm services.

Working with your landscaper

We don’t replace your landscape contractor. We handle the licensed pest control and fertilization side and coordinate with your crew on mowing height and irrigation. Landscape companies can also team up with us directly through our landscaper partner program.
