Facility pest management in Palm Beach and Broward County gives facility managers one licensed program across every building they run: scheduled inspection and monitoring, targeted treatment, coordination with your janitorial and maintenance vendors, and a written report after every visit. We set it up for single buildings, campuses and multi-site portfolios.
Facility managers juggle dozens of vendors, budgets and work orders. Pest control should be the one that runs itself: the same schedule every month, a consistent report format across sites, and a fast response when a tenant or employee sees something. That’s what we build for facility teams.
Who this is for
- Facility managers and facilities directors
- Corporate real estate and workplace teams

What a facility program includes
- Scheduled inspection and monitoring in kitchens, break rooms, mechanical rooms, loading areas and other high-risk spaces.
- Targeted treatment for cockroaches, ants and other crawling insects. See commercial general pest control.
- Rodent programs with numbered exterior stations and interior monitoring. See commercial rodent control.
- Termite inspection and treatment, including tent fumigation for structures. See commercial termite control.
- Grounds: mosquito control and lawn and ornamental pest control and fertilization for turf, palms and shrubs.
- Bed bug response with heat treatment where people sleep or lodge.
Pest control vs. pest management
Pest control reacts after pests appear. Pest management, often called integrated pest management or IPM, prevents them: inspection, monitoring, sanitation and building repairs come first, and treatment is targeted to where pests are actually found. For a facility, that means fewer surprises, fewer complaints and records that show the program is working.
Documentation and vendor coordination
One report format, every site
Every visit ends with a written report: areas inspected, activity found, materials applied and corrective items. Multi-site clients get the same format at every location.
Corrective items routed to the right vendor
Many pest problems are maintenance problems: door sweeps, roof penetrations, leaks, landscaping against walls. We list them clearly so you can route them to janitorial, maintenance or landscaping vendors.
Scheduling
We work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Visits are scheduled the day before, so your team can arrange access to secured areas.
